Pure-Bowling.com has a 15 day return policy from date of delivery. All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping cost plus insurance for the returned item to our warehouse. Products returned must be new, unused, and in the original packaging. Shoes must not be worn on any dirty surface, bags must have all tags and plastic coverings, accessories must have all the original undamaged packaging, and balls must be undrilled.

 

Exchange

 

Pure-Bowling.com has a 15 day exchange policy from date of delivery. All exchanges will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Any differences in price will be charged or credited to your account. The customer is responsible for shipping cost plus insurance for the returned item to our warehouse, plus the cost of shipping the exchanged product back. Products returned must be new, unused, and in the original packaging. Shoes must not be worn on any dirty surface, bags must have all tags and plastic coverings, accessories must have all the original undamaged packaging, and balls must be undrilled.

Manufactures Warranty 

 

If within the manufacturer's warranty a product becomes defective the customer may return the product to Pure-Bowling.com for a replacement of that product. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred in this process. It is the Customer's responsibility to know the length and conditions of the manufacturer's warranties - these can be found on the original packaging or by visiting the manufacturer's website. Any Drilling Charges are not refundable.
